Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

FlagWire by DryvHub is intended for authorized representatives of motor vehicle dealerships and approved automotive business partners. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of your organization. You agree to provide accurate signup information and maintain one account per person.

2. Account approval

Creating an account does not guarantee immediate access. New accounts are reviewed before use. DryvHub staff and designated trusted dealer partners ("community managers") may approve or reject applications at their discretion. If approved, you may need to sign out and sign in again before accessing Flagwire.

3. Community review

Selected dealer partners may review signup details (name, email, company name, and account status) solely to verify eligibility. Community managers do not receive full administrative access to platform data and must not use signup information for unrelated marketing or share it outside DryvHub operations.

4. Acceptable use

• Use Flagwire only for legitimate dealer business purposes.
• Do not share credentials, scrape data, or misuse export features.
• Submit plate flags and reports in good faith based on actual dealer knowledge.
• Do not submit knowingly false, defamatory, or harassing content.

5. Community data

Your personal account details are handled under our Privacy Policy. Flagwire flags and dealer-reported risk information you contribute may be stored and made available within the verified dealer community to operate the shared database. Reporter identity visibility is limited by role and product settings.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DryvHub a license to host, process, display, and use submitted content to operate and improve the service. DryvHub may remove content that violates these terms or harms the community.

7. Suspension and termination

DryvHub may suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate signup information, policy violations, abuse, or actions that undermine community trust. You may contact support to request account closure.

8. Disclaimers

Flagwire provides informational dealer-reported data only. It is not legal, title, or warranty advice. Data may be incomplete or outdated. You are responsible for independent verification before purchase or sale decisions. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
