1. Overview

DryvHub operates Flagwire for verified motor vehicle dealers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who can access it. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: first name, last name, company name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
  • Authentication data: Google OAuth profile details when you choose Google sign-in.
  • Account status: approval status, review timestamps, and internal review notes where applicable.
  • Service usage: plate searches, reports, and contributions needed to operate the platform and maintain accountability.

3. How we use your information

  • Create, secure, and manage your account.
  • Verify dealership eligibility and run the approval process.
  • Operate Flagwire features such as search, history, and reporting.
  • Send transactional emails about account status and security.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and protect the dealer community.

4. Who can access your data

  • DryvHub: operational access required to run the service.
  • Community managers: signup and profile fields needed to approve or reject new accounts only.
  • Other dealers: no access to your personal profile by default.
  • Service providers: hosting, email, and infrastructure vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

5. Data retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Rejected applications may be retained for a limited period before deletion or anonymization. Community plate flags may be retained longer because they support the shared dealer database.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit internal access on a need-to-know basis.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting cto@dryvhub.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
